Birding in Kruger National Park

Posted on

buffalo-heronThe added benefit of having 500 species of birds in Kruger National Park is having all the African wildlife! Birders are actually more likely to see animals while visiting the park because of the way birders actively search for birds. I have been searching for raptors in trees and found leopards or followed Oxpeckers flying overhead and then seen them landing on Rhino. In short, birding in Kruger is very rewarding.
